The North Scott High School Baseball Program strives to produce a high-quality student-athlete that will have the knowledge and experience to not just excel on the ball diamond but also in their future lives as contributing members of society within their community, having successful careers, and being quality family men.

LBC'S PURPOSE WITHIN NORTH SCOTT
YOUTH BASEBALL
LBC is the only USSSA (travel baseball) "Feeder System" for the NSHS Baseball Program and is focused on quality player development, improved baseball culture, and a strong sense of community baseball pride.
LBC runs 8U - 14U teams under a variety of classifications per USSSA: A, AA, AAA, Majors (ascending skill).
LBC players must reside in othe NS School District boundaries or attend NS Schools. This is a unique trait to a travel baseball system as most are "select teams" or "pay-to-play" teams without geographical boundaries or community roots.
Lancer Baseball Club was founded by former varsity co-head coach Travis Ralfs, a life-long Lancer, and the NSHS Baseball Program continues to proudly operate LBC today after 15+ years of existence.
